We have been working in the beauty and personal care sector for over 20 years, conducting studies for well-known brands of skin care and cosmetics through to deodorants, toothpaste and hair products. In addition to the more traditional beauty markets, we also provide research for an increasing number of male grooming products.
Although much of the work we do involves larger scale quantitative testing, via in-home, central location and online methodologies, we also set-up and run local, regionally based panels to enable clients to meet their consumers face-to-face through focus group discussions, depth interviews and accompanied shopping trips.
Our custom built panels provide a mechanism for manufacturers to test and refine products in real time and to gain detailed insight from targeted users and consumers.
