We regularly carry out customer segmentations, to understand the demographic and attitudinal profile of customers to inform marketing and merchandising strategy.
We often use customer databases to enable us to contact our clients’ customers. This can be using on-line surveys, on-line forums and telephone interviews. We also create Online Communities usingyour own customer database for recruitment.
We also work with manufacturers to help them understand the performance of their products in-store and the decision making process at the point of purchase. We carry out projects on range optimisation, pricing and product layout. This can be on-line or via observation and interviews carried out in-store at specific fixtures to give insight into customers’ decision making at POP.
